■1873 CARBINE　Milling Silver Model　

ただひとつ製作された1/4スケールのウインチェスター1873カービンです。鍛造銀材からの削り出しです。ローディングゲートはS45Cの削り出しから焼き入れし、ヒートブルー仕上げです。ストックは注文主の厳選品とのことで、木目の位置も指定通りに作りました。全てのパーツは、鍛造銀素材を安定化処理をした後に高精度で加工されています。これにより滑らかで、なおかつキリッと作動します。

1/4スケールのウインチェスター1873ライフルです。鍛造銀材からの削り出しです。こちらも、ただひとつ作られた作品です。オクタゴン・バレルとバット・ストックが堂々たる貫禄を醸し出しているようです。ミニチュアながら手にした感覚もどっしりとしていて、これならばバッファローと対峙しても安心だろうと思います。
